The company was incorporated in 1987 as a private limited Co. called VIDYA PLY & BOARD PVT. LTD. and started manufacturing of PLYWOOD, BLOCKBOARD, FLUSH DOOR & DECO PLYWOOD..

The company came into light with the brand name PRIMA KANCHAN under which PLYWOOD, BLOCK BOARD, FLUSH DOOR, DECO PLYWOOD, FUTURA KANCHAN PANEL DOOR, SHUTTERING PLY, RESIN COATED SHUTTERING PLY, FILM FACE SHUTTERING PLY & MARINE PLYWOOD are being manufactured presently.

The Company has marked astounding achievement during 1987, When the Company entered in the plywood industry there were very less demand of the products, but due to the good quality products it was able to gain substantial volume & market share.

Vidya's product under the brand name PRIMA KANCHAN are 100% Boiling Water Proof Marine Grade with ISI Mark on every sheet. The company manufacture's strictly as per IS specification i.e. Boiling Water Proof, Bonded with Phenol Formaldehyde Resin, Powder Free, Borer free & Termite Free.

The company has got the biggest achievement of being awarded the ISO-9001& 14001 certification. Also it is a matter of great honor for the company that it is the ISO 9001 & 14001 PLYWOOD COMPANY

The company has established a wide markeing & distribution network all over INDIA with its sales office at Delhi. Last but not the least the company has its own best quality manufacturing plants all over INDIA.
